| Good sifter -- it serves its purpose perfectly well. I think the metal sifter piece that you hold in your hand is a bit sharp on the edges; I would prefer a wooden piece.

| This thing is great! My wife makes matcha during 3 years without it, and now she can to make really great matcha! Lumps were go away, and matcha became absolutely another, like it must to be.
Don't try to make a matcha without this sifter.

| I didn't use to sift matcha powder first, so the first time I used the sifter, I noticed a huge difference! Definitely improves the taste and consistency of the powder. This is definitely worth having.
