This is a very nice matcha sifter. I was surprised by the size, it's very large. Since it is not washable I would be cautious about storing matcha in it for fear of it sticking to the sides (too much might be lost to the static in the container). The container is v... (more)

Good sifter -- it serves its purpose perfectly well. I think the metal sifter piece that you hold in your hand is a bit sharp on the edges; I would prefer a wooden piece.

This thing is great! My wife makes matcha during 3 years without it, and now she can to make really great matcha! Lumps were go away, and matcha became absolutely another, like it must to be. Don't try to make a matcha without this sifter.

I didn't use to sift matcha powder first, so the first time I used the sifter, I noticed a huge difference! Definitely improves the taste and consistency of the powder. This is definitely worth having.
