The Genmaicha Matcha-iri tea that I bought from local supermarket taste so different from Hibiki-An’s. There is no bitter after taste and the aroma lingers in your mouth. From now on, I will only buy teas from Hibiki-An! I have just ordered Kuradashi tea. Can’t wait to... (more)

I am amazed how superior your base houjicha is versus ordinary grocery store houjicha. The toasty aroma is complex, multi-dimensional, yet smooth and free of any biting aftertaste. Definitely an amazing value. For iced tea I find that 3/4 cup per 2 L boiling water works... (more)
