Thank you, Habick Anne for producing such high-quality tease that I know I can count on time and time again this tea is wonderful. I love it. I can’t say enough good things. I just love how I feel after I drink it. That’s the best thing.

As a loyal customer for over 10 years, I can only write superlatives on every hibiki an tea. This review follows a special annual gift that I was honored to receive from Hibiki-an - YUZO tea. It was SUPERB! Thank you

I can appreciate how much effort goes into making organic Gyokuro. I’d surely like to see an upward trend. My brewing parameters were 6 grams to 60g of water. 1st steep was 120f for 2 mins. 2nd steep min at 125f. 3rd steep 1 min at 135f. 4th steep 2 mins 140f. If you ar... (more)

Together with Organic Sencha, I usually drink this tea on alternate days. I sometimes stretch it out to four cups, and the flavour changes with each steep. A great experience. As the leaves are organic, I also often put the spent leaves in to my smoothie.

Having drank this tea over many years, the high quality has not dimished at all. Sometimes taken hot, at other times steeped in cold water over a period of 3 hours, or longer if left in the fridge. Lovely texture and taste. Highly recommended!
